Institute for Ethical Leadership Presenters
of "Connections Two"

VANCOUVER
- The Institute
provides a forum for leaders to come together for learning and fellowship
and to plan and carry out positive programs of work in 5 theme areas:
Themes
#1 - Stewardship
and the Environment
#2 - Health, Wellness and Personal Development
#3 - Peace and Spirituality
#4 - Youth and Education
#5 - Business and Sustainability
Members may choose
to participate in one or more of these theme areas as an ongoing activity
by joining the respective steering committee.
In addition, each
steering committee takes responsibility for arranging the program of
a meeting of the Institute so that the whole membership continues to
grow in knowledge about all these areas.
Meetings
Meetings of the
Institute are held on the fourth Monday of the month in January, February,
March, May, June, September, October, November. The meetings are held
at 1825 West 16th Avenue, Vancouver (the Canadian Centre for Peace)
from 5.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., beginning with a light meal.
Meetings are open
to members and their invited guests. Guests are welcomed and invited
to become members and join one of the steering committees.
Fees
Annual Membership:
$200 (includes a meal at 8 meetings)
Spouse: $10 per
meeting to cover the cost of the meal
Guests: $10 per
meeting to cover the cost of the meal
Students: $120 (includes
a meal at 8 meetings)
Membership fees can be paid once a year or monthly. There is also a
sponsorship fund for people with special needs.

Connections Two
From time to time
the Institute holds a Conference called Connections to celebrate the
work accomplished and to inspire new directions.
Connections Two
will be held September 15, 2001 at the Vancouver Public Library.
Connections Two
is the second of a series of conferences convened by the Institute for
Ethical Leadership to promote collaborative effort to improve society
in the 21st century.
