Wildlife officers in Colorado rescued a bear after it crept into a
Pepsi warehouse and drank four gallons of syrup.
The small bear was found in a corner after gorging itself on raspberry-tea
syrup used in drinks dispensers.
The animal wandered into the warehouse before it closed for the weekend
and had two days unlimited access to the sweet ingredient.
Wildlife workers sedated the bear with a tranquilliser dart. The animal
will be released in the next few days.
Bill Schulle, warehouse co-ordinator at the Pueblo Pepsi Cola Bottling
Company, said: "We've had raccoons, a possum once, and birds, but
never a bear."
