Boy Finds Dad's One Million Dollar Ticket On Shop Floor

CRETE, NEBRASKA, US -- A man in the US lost a ticket worth $1m for three hours until he found it on a shop floor.

Larry Hatch was given the winning promotional ticket at Burger King while visiting his son in Crete, Nebraska. He found it in a shop he'd been to after receiving the winning ticket.

It's the only $1m winner of the Cash is King promotion.

Mr Hatch had been photocopying the ticket in the shop when it dropped out of his pocket. He says it must have been on the floor for around three hours.

Burger King manager, JW Walker, says Mr Hatch will have to keep the ticket until the prize is verified on December 31.
