Metis artist, journalist & talk show host Nicole Whitney trained with former US Military-trained Remote Viewer David A. Morehouse, Ph.D, in the area of coordinate remote viewing here in Vancouver (UBC) in April 2002.  She is currently an intermediate remote viewer and plans to attend advance RV training with David Morehouse in April 2003.

Nicole is an artist, single mom, founder of newsforthesoul.com and co host of a weekly life changing  hour of talk radio with Dannion Brinkley which airs on CFUN 1410am every Saturday 10pm PST.

Originally strictly a pen-and-ink artist, Nicole began experimenting in oil painting after her remote viewing training in April 2002. This is Nicole's 4th solo art show - 2nd at Place des Arts in Coquitlam, B.C.

"I felt compelled to capture what I saw at certain targets in full living colour as the experiences were quite powerful," Whitney explained. "Penciled out sketches and renderings just weren't quite capturing the essence of the feelings associated with discovering an ancient civilization on Mars or remotely viewing the 'timeline of my own soul' ".

Coordinate Remote Viewing is defined by the Defense Department of the United States as, “the learned ability to transcend time and space, to view people, places and things remote in time and space, and to gather information on the same.”

It is a scientific process involving a set of protocols developed by physicists, originally for use in the CIA. It is said that remote viewing can be successfully performed by anyone, including those with the "psychic ability of a sack of hammers".

An Army Ranger, Master Parachutist, Pathfinder, Scuba Diver and Special Operations Soldier, his distinctive military skills place him in a select group of army officers.  He holds a Master of Military Art and Science Degree, a Masters degree in Administration, and a Doctorate in Education.  The recipient of numerous military awards and decorations, his last assignment was to have been with the Chief of Staff of the Army’s elite “Study Group” as the non-lethal weapons expert.  Despite being designated by his superiors as “Destined to wear stars,” he resigned his commission in 1995 after his decision to write Psychic Warrior—his resignation ended eighteen years of exemplary and honorable military service.

 Dr. Morehouse has twice lectured at the Mikhail Gorbachev Foundation’s State of the World Forum on issues concerning global peace and alternative methods of conflict resolution.  In 1999, a committee of scientists and educators from the United States and Europe nominated him for the Nobel Peace Prize in the category of “Alternative Sciences.”

Dr. Morehouse formed Remote Viewing Technologies in 1997, a company originally designed to train police officers in the art and science of Remote Viewing.  In early 1998, Dr. Morehouse began training civilians in the exact military protocols and standards to which he was trained in the Remote Viewing unit, circa 1987 to 1990.  To date, well over 11,000 students have been trained in the United States, Europe and other far-reaching parts of the globe.
