When I tried this out I was eager to learn, but definitely a skeptic. The speed with which Nicole agreed to get me the kit displayed enormous confidence in her system. As soon as I got the materials - video, audio and written, I started out to see if it was indeed possible to bend metal with just the mind.
No point in beating around the bush… this kit is a real winner. I followed the instructions and although it took a while, I managed to bend an ordinary restaurant teaspoon with no physical effort at all.
