Do you bend the spoon physically, or does the spoon bend from you mentally projecting it? Like James did on his site?

Hi Bo;

Spoon Bending 101 is still using your hands but you will notice a SIGNIFICANT difference when you do it - the spoon is hot and soft.

Even james can only do the fork thing without touching it on rare occasions when his energy is high.
