I am so glad there is finally a radio station that is as enlightening as yours. I have been thirsting for something like this to come along and nurture my soul.

I was listening to a show which mentioned finding your purpose in life. I remember reading Dannion's first book and seeing the movie. Then the second book. Finally my children and I had the opportunity to meet him at the Whole Life Expo in Minneapolis. I was in awe. I knew that Hospice was the right thing for me. I even became a volunteer in our community, but I never had the opportunity to actually work with a patient. I really do have a point.....

I remarried and moved to Houston. I talked my husband into going to Austin and see Dannion at yet another Whole Life Expo, and I will never forget the way he told my husband to get me "signed up for Hospice." I am a registered nurse, and have known this is what I was going to be as long as I remember.

Now we live in Washington State. I work as a Hospice nurse in patients homes. I work for the most wonderful non profit organization in the Tri-City area.
I was told once that the healing I would do in this lifetime would be through communication. I understand that now and I feel so honored and blessed to find a calling, not a job. It has changed my whole perspective on life, and death. I have peace with my own father's death now.

Thanks you Dannion for your inspiration. I don't know that I would have found my way here without your passion for Hospice!
