I hate it when people get told there is nothing they can do for an ailment but take more drugs. Whether the issue be depression, arthritis, high blood pressure, whatever, it doesn’t matter.

I have explained before how frustrated I was with psychology. We were taught we were to assume issues was purely psychological unless a physician dictated otherwise. A physician is taught that the only physiological condition that could cause depression was hypothyroid and he is only taught a small piece of the process for that. Physicians are basically told to prescribe Synthroid – which the WHO claims over 80% of the people on Synthroid should not be. We have presented various programs on how and why that is the case.

So, what could I do? I did more research. I started to understand that there were a lot of physiological issues, nutrient deficiencies, toxicities, adrenal issues, liver issues, gut issues, etc. that could cause psychological issues. So, I went back to school.

Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you look at things, I just got more and more frustrated. There was so much research and information out there – why were the physicians and the general public not getting all this incredible information. We, of course, know the answer to that.

It is far more lucrative to keep people on drugs than to solve the problem.

So, the next question, naturally was, how could I help solve the problem?

As many of you know, I started to write books for the general public. The website is drhollybooks.com. Initially these were educational books. I wrote about adrenal fatigue, depression, the Heart, the liver, inflammation, Diabetes, etc. But I wasn’t helping enough people.

Then I came up with the idea to write a sexy romantic novel and include all kinds of good health information in the novel. I called the book: Entwined: A Romantic Journey Back into Health.

In that book there are two predominant, but extended families. One family has all the health issues, both psychological and physiological. The other family has all the degrees and designations that I have, plus a few more. Through various social activities, dinner parties, and clinic visits; the first family learns about healthy relationships and how to heal all kinds of issues that they have been “managing” with pharmaceuticals or just avoiding.

Then I wrote a sequel to that book called: The Ongoing Journey. Three predominant things happen in this book: one of the main characters asks everyone else in the book to write their own book. This then leads to the next 23 books written in several different literary genres: romantic, historical, political, sci-fi, educational, etc. They made an agreement, that the underlying theme that would be consistent across all books, was the focus on health. So now readers can read about REAL health and healing from a variety of literary genres. Thus, we are creating the Entwined Collection.

The second big component is that this same character invites an oncologist, cardiologist and a GP to join one of the social gatherings. They provide the forum for a debate between Conventional Western practitioners and Real Health Practitioners and the general public. An interesting discussion, to say the least.

The third big component of the book is that the main couple goes to Hawaii for their 25th wedding anniversary and come up against and have to solve some personal sexual issues that come up while enjoying a very sexy romantic experience.

The next book that got published from the Entwined Collection was Maria’s book: A Love that Crosses Time. This book is about three couples who learn to meet, in another dimension, and then help each other learn about healing from three different eras. And, of course, it has some interesting twists and turns in it.

This fourth book was written by another one of the characters – Grandma Mary. Her book is entitled: Arthritis: Manage it or Eliminate it.

Grandma Mary suffered enormously from her arthritis. The pain medications didn’t really help. Her life became more and more isolated and reduced because of the pain and the limited motion that went along with it. Of course, along with isolation people also tend to become depressed. Grandma Mary goes into all the different side effects that come along with suffering from pain and in particular arthritis.

So, Grandma Mary decided to write her book about arthritis. She explains the different types of arthritis and the different causes. But perhaps more importantly, how she got rid of her arthritis. How she now lives pain free, thanks to what she learned with the people at the Clinic about REAL medicine and healing underlying issues rather than just managing the symptoms with synthetic drugs.

So, let’s very briefly do a segment on arthritis.

There are many different types of arthritis, although the two most commonly known are osteo and rheumatoid arthritis. Although one can have both types of arthritis at the same time.

In fact, we can go even further. At one point I suffered from what is called Polymyalgia. That is a diagnosis that is made when you suffer from both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis as well as fibromyalgia. At the time, I also suffered from a disintegrating spine and was told that in the next few years I would need to have a operations to put plates and screws into my back.

You can imagine the pain I was in. i also ran a few multimillion-dollar businesses at that time with a lot of employees. In order to keep going, I would take 3-4-5 Tylenol 3 with codeine to keep going through the day. I had no idea that over 50,000 people end up in emergency wards, each year, in the US alone just because of Tylenol overdoses – without any intention to overdose.

When i started coughing up blood – I decided I had to do something else about it. I wasn’t a physician at that time, but I knew how to do good research. It took me three years, different types of diet, supplements and energy medicine but I managed to eliminate all the arthritis and the fibromyalgia.

Now I can help people get their bodies to re-engage in healing processes and work it through a lot quicker – no need to take three years like it did me. Not just manage the symptoms – either well or poorly, but actually eliminate the underlying causes. So it might mean regulating the immune system – and of course, that means getting the body to make more glutathione – don’t take it orally – it is of no use. It might mean, taking in large amounts of omega 3s – I took everything from antler’s velvet to cod liver oil to castor oil to avocado oil – you name it, if I could find it I took it.

It also means that once you have eliminated the inflammation, you need to help the body rebuild the cartilage, tendon, ligaments, bones – or you end up in the same place. So there are a number of foods that provide the nutrients the body requires for rebuilding.

Mahanaryana oil – which I now get from Sewanti also is a key factor I use – 32 different herbs that allow the body to reduce the inflammation and thus the pain. As well, as provide the body with nutrients to rebuild whatever connective tissue it needs to rebuild. Awesome stuff.

You can get all this and more from Grandma Mary’s book, as well as some really helpful natural tricks you can use to the eliminate pain while the body is healing.

Remember – like with most health issues – you can manage it with synthetic artificial drugs or you can find out what the underlying cause is and eliminate it. The choice is up to you.
