and suites, which are able to accommodate a total of 76 guests at
a time. There are also two art galleries, the famous Absolut Ice
bar, a movie theatre, a spa, a driving range, a skating rink and
a wedding chapel! Couples are able to join their destinies in the
purest way possible: inside the only ice hotel in North America.

A
unique structure
Imagine a structure
made out of ice and snow with ceilings as high as 16 feet, walls covered
with original artwork, furniture carved in ice blocks. Just like its
counter part in Sweden, Ice Hotel Quebec-Canada has two art galleries,
a movie theatre and the famous Absolut Ice Bar.
Covering a total
surface of 3000 square meters (30,000 square feet), the Ice Hotel
is one of the most unusual and complex construction undertakings.
In fact, 10,000 tons of snow and 350 tons of ice will be used during
the five weeks it takes to build this feat of architecture.
The
suites
All our guests
will spend the night in one of our cosy luxury suites tucked in a
warm sleeping bag on a bed of deer pelts. Suites are unique as their
decor changes to fit a different thematic developed by talented artists.
