Authentic Self Care with Nancy Stevens heard on alternate Mondays at 1PM Pacific Time starting January 21, 2018 – Nancy discovered the importance of authentic self care several years ago when she found herself so busy attending to everyone else’s needs that her own care became her lowest priority. She struggled to find any time for myself until one day she made a decision to try a yoga class – a decision that would change everything. Her journey to balance and wellness was set in motion. In 2014 she completed her Life Coach certification and in 2016 another in Health and Wellness. Through this process she came to learn about self care on a deeper level which helped her to bring everything she had previously learned on her yoga mat – the knowledge, experience, and intuition – to her clients in a powerful way.
