Empathic Mastery on alternate Fridays at 10am pacific time starting February 15, 2019
Jennifer Moore is a healer, teacher, and spiritual mentor for sensitive, intuitive women who need help controlling the empathic overwhelm that keeps them stuck in their life and business. As an empathic woman herself, she has had to learn how to manage her sensitivities in order to navigate the world with confidence and ease. Jen’s need to “find calm in the eye of life’s storms” started her on a healing path which led her to become a practitioner who supports others with similar challenges. Jennifer’s credentials include a Master of Arts in Psychology & Religion and accreditation as an AAMET EFT Practitioner and Trainer. She is a long-time practitioner of the Silva Method and a Reiki Master, as well as a graduate of various shamanic and healing trainings. It’s Jen’s passion to help people break through fear, overcome the past, and claim their brilliance.
A Message from Jennifer:
I use intuitive guidance as a component in all the work I do. The intuitive conversation gets the ball rolling. Then, as an issue reveals itself to be addressed and cleared, I use techniques and tools to move gracefully beyond the patterns, emotions, and triggers that no longer serve you. I approach this work as a conversation between you, me, and the Divine. When I first started working as an Intuitive in my early 20’s, I felt obliged to prove my psychic abilities. As I’ve grown as a healer and mentor, I’ve discovered that creating space to explore perceptions, beliefs, emotions, and triggers is the key to a deeper transformation. I’m much more interested in supporting you to find your answers than telling you what you’re thinking, feeling, or are destined to experience. Instead of acting like an old-school fortune teller who says “Ah… you’re going meet a tall, dark cesspool and you’re going to fall in,” I prefer to explore WHY you keep falling into tall, dark cesspools and what you can do to change it.
While there are future outcomes which are more likely than others, no destiny is guaranteed. No one has the ability to predict forthcoming events with absolute certainty. IMHO the future is fluid and influenced by free will and choice. In many ways, intuition is similar to watching weather patterns and anticipating the direction they’re likely to take. Any number of factors might occur to change their trajectory. I believe this is just as true for our destiny as it is for the climate.
People have often asked me how information comes to me. I experience memories, thoughts, and feelings about events and issues that do not originate from my own life. Intuition is a curious thing. I find that information comes to me in different ways. As an empath, I usually pick things up through the dominant senses of the people I’m working with. Sometimes it’s a feeling, an emotion, or a thought. Sometimes it comes as a very clear visual image or a memory. Sometimes it shows up as a word, a phrase, or even as a back-and-forth conversation. Sometimes it’s specific and concrete, while other times it makes little sense to me. I see it as my job to simply offer what I pick up. You get to decide if it makes sense or feels helpful.
During my early years as a Tarot Reader and Psychic I worked at festivals, psychic fairs and special events as the “entertainment.” I was once told “You’re SPOOKY . . . take that as a compliment.” I’ll acknowledge that I experienced my share of skeptics during those early years. I thought it was bummer that certain people would rather spend money to prove that psychic phenomena are a bunch of hooey than be open to the possibility that they could receive valuable insight.
At this point I strongly feel that life is way too important, precious, and brief to waste even a moment doing parlor tricks to justify my gifts. I choose to work with people who feel comfortable with me and confident that I can help them. I have no room for contention or closed-mindedness. I can help others far more effectively when they come to me with an open mind, an open heart. My job is to help people sort things out, release the places where thoughts, feelings, and energy are blocked, and then figure out how to proceed from there.
The Empathic Mastery show is a place for us to connect, explore. I’ve always been very imaginative and magical since I was a small child, but my first notable experience happened when I was 9. I experienced my first prophetic dream on the night my BFF’s mother died. When learned about her mom the next day, I knew that the vivid dream of my own mother dying was no coincidence.
My favorite teachers are the ones who are authentic, raw, and real. There have been many people in my life who are my favorite teachers because they share their naked, vulnerable truth along with the experiences and mistakes that they grew from. In the public eye, I especially appreciate Glennon Doyle and Elizabeth Gilbert. Therefore it’s no coincidence that Love Warrior by Glennon Doyle and Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert are two of my favorite books. I also LOVE The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, Illusions by Richard Bach, Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain, Dynamic Laws of Prosperity by Catherine Ponder, The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn, Jitterbug Perfume by Tom Robbins, and You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay in no particular order. My favorite movie is It’s a Wonderful Life. I love how it reminds us that even when we have no idea how much we matter to other people, we make a far greater difference than we may ever know.
Hmmm where do I begin? In some ways, life is so magical and miraculous I don’t even notice “strange” anymore. Perhaps the most amazing experience involved a deceased friend. Shortly after he died, I went to visit his partner. In addition to the (never-before-active) fire alarm going off constantly, one night the phone rang. An old acquaintance called to tell my widowed friend that their deceased spouse had a message for them. They shared information that NO ONE could have known except for the three of us in the room and the spirit of my friend. The icing on the cake happened a few years later on the anniversary of his death. His partner and I watched in amazement as cat toys moved across the floor as if being pushed, with no wind, no cats playing with them, or any rational explanation at all. I looked at my friend and asked, “Did you just see that?” They answered, “Um, yeah. That’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.” Then, as if to emphasize that this was really happening, the toy moved another 6 inches across the carpeted floor! Clearly my departed friend still retains his sense of humor.
I was born on Christmas night. Eighteen years later, I was in a car accident on Holy Thursday. We rolled over three times and skidded 160 feet. Part of me recalls climbing out of the wreck, part of me remembers coming to on the pavement. I was convinced that had it been the following day (Good Friday) I wouldn’t have been so lucky. That was one of my first wake-up calls to get my $h!t together and start taking care of myself. Unfortunately it took a few more wake up calls to get my a$$ in gear.
Very simply put: to LOVE. I seek to spread kindness, to appreciate, to be grateful, to create beauty, to heal and to be a healer. My mission is to help other empaths find solutions, discover tools, and achieve success with far less struggle than I had to endure.
That’s a hard one. For the sake of not hurting his feelings, I’ll say our dear pug Bob. I ADORE many animals, especially dogs, cats, and bees.
HANDS DOWN, Tapping/EFT has been LIFE CHANGING for me. When combined with conscious breathwork, it’s even better!
I love all kinds of music so it really depends on my mood. I’m a big fan of World Beat music, solfeggio frequencies, New Age electronic music, and Techno/Opera Mash-ups. I LOVE the Duet of the Flowers from Léo Delibes’ opera Lakmé, the Habanera aria from Bizet’s Carmen, O Fortuna from Carmina Burana, Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen and That’s the Way by Led Zeppelin. I love Queen, Prince, Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush and Abba, to name but a few.
Bulletproof coffee with ghee, coconut cream, and vanilla stevia.
I love to riff off other people’s thoughts, ideas, and situations. Some of my best creative endeavors start when I tune into Spirit and respond to their questions and circumstances. This communion with the Divine inspires advise, guidance, and solutions.
I’d love to share a special gift with everyone. The Empath Sensitivity Report and Empathic Safety Mini Course. Pretty much everything I share I learned by slogging through with trial and error. Thankfully I’ve picked up some powerful tools as I figured out how to thrive as an empathic healer and spiritual entrepreneur. It’s my mission to spare other empaths the relentless struggle I went through to get comfortable claiming my visibility and sharing my gifts with the world.
