July 15, 2002 Yosemite CA -- Two people observed brilliant sparkling lights during a camera's "red-eye" flash sequence. The digital camera's sensor captured something else - hundreds of tiny disks discharging multicolored coronas into the night atmosphere.
Bengali philosopher P.R. Sarkar (1921-1990) claimed that "siddha microvita" help people perform spiritual practices including yoga chanting and meditation. According to Sarkar, these microvita are disk-shaped, like "the cosmic disk of the mythological god Vis'n'u."
Upon close examination, the camera's sensor clearly revealed disk-shaped objects atop brilliant multicolored coronas. The disks and the multicolored nature of their light display were invisible to the naked eye when the image was captured. However the atmosphere in front of the camera luminesced brilliantly according to the camera operator and one observer.
The observer had earlier noted "an etheric circle of beings" plus "a squirrel, several birds and bugs" who accompanied a yoga chanting exercise. According to the observer, "It seemed like it was a big group of us."
