However, the question is, how do we achieve the harmony, coherence and alignment needed? Phillippa uses science-based, pragmatic tools, as well as understandings of our energy systems to support enhancement and wellbeing of individuals and groups.

 

Essentially, Phillippa facilitates others’ self-regulation and self-empowerment. She has a forward focus but brings an appreciation of our histories, including her own, which incorporates social work, farming, family, dance, business and education.

Through Mentoring, the essence gives you knowledge and tools to increase your self-awareness, build and sustain resilience and align mind, body and emotions. You’ll learn and practise science-based techniques that have been shown to change the way our body’s physiology responds in challenging situations. With new skills, you’ll be able to empower yourself to better regulate your energy throughout the day.

Whatever our role or responsibilities, automatic stress reactions don’t need to dictate how we feel, respond or perform. The skills learnt are important for enabling us to be the best that we can be.

 

Mentoring is for anyone who is motivated to:

11 Things About Phillippa ….

 

 

  1. What was your first moment of ‘beyond 3d normal awakening’? In my late teens, feeling intense energy from those who have passed/another realm that kept me awake until 3.00am until it subsided. I felt the energy was related to people living with me at the time.
  2. Who is your favourite teacher, book and movie? I have no favourite teachers on this earth but am inspired by many. Loved Shirley Maclaine’s book, ‘Going Within’, and the associated movie, and also found Louise Hay’s, “Heal your Life’, fascinating and insightful.
  3. What’s the strangest experience you’ve ever had? Can’t recall anything strange, everything is my ‘normal’.
  4. What’s one interesting thing we do not know about you yet? I’ve dabbled in many areas of work, including teaching Dance, working as a school Principal and milking dairy cows.
  5. What do you feel your true life purpose to be? Facilitating others’ self-regulation, healing and empowerment.
  6. What’s your favourite animal? That’s a tricky one…I appreciate all life forms.
  7. What’s your favourite consciousness or energy ‘exercise’ that helps you stay connected, grounded and ‘tuned in’ in a good way? Starting each day by activating my energetic connection with the earth and with spiritual realms, filling and surrounding my Being with White Light and raising my vibrational frequency.
  8. What’s your favourite music / song / musical artist? I have used a lot of different music in my dance classes and enjoyed all of it… Pure jazz gives me a buzz.
  9. What’s your favourite food? Apricots, mushrooms and snapper – not altogether!
  10. What excites your creative juices? Being in a quiet, aligned space that allows inspiration and creativity to flow. I love moving to music too…
  11. What’s the one thing you’d like to “shamelessly self promote” here today? I’m grateful for the gift of healing.
