The News for the Soul Trademark 11 Questions …

11 Things About Elle:

  1. What was your first moment of ‘beyond 3d normal awakening’?The biggest one in childhood was when I was about 12 years old. My mother mentioned someone in the paper who was a Vegetarian and I asked what that was. She said someone who doesn’t eat meat, as they consider it murder to eat animals. I thought, “Ooh, what a good idea”, then it hit me if it was murder to eat an animal, it was murder to kill plants to eat them too. When I realized you couldn’t be on this planet without killing, the impact hit me hard.  I was in shock for 3 days.

  1. Who is your favourite teacher, book and movie?Stuie (Stuart Wilde) pretty much wins as favorite Teacher. His knowledge along with his great sense of humor crack me up, and I pretty much I fell in Love with everything. Contender for 2nd place is a Maestro who took me to places I’d never been before in my mind. Favorite Book…  The book(s) that would be my favorite(s) are the ones I have great connection to in the moment. My heart sings, I feel connected, there’s a chirping in my Voice when I speak. Whenever I feel that happy and exuberant when reading, it is a favorite!  I’m pretty like that for a lot of things in my Life.  I’m very “in the now” for a lot of my faves, except for when I’m not!   J  Favorite movie years ago was The Birdcage, the Robin Williams version. That was the last time I had a favorite movie.

  1. What’s the strangest experience you’ve ever had? Having connection with beings from other planets always tops the list. I’m fine with different planes and enjoy that. I find other planet connections a little more shocking.  I did have an offer from Spirit to totally heal my eyes (I need contacts).  I found that one too unnerving to take Spirit up on that immediately.  Wish now I had!

  1. What’s one interesting thing we do not know about you yet?I like clean and Light, with an edge. I’ll wear beige and blue plaid plants, a grey top with a cute, very light little blue sweater and a black cuff with metal. I’ll be kind to strangers and I still swear like a sailor. I believe in being of the Light and moving towards the Light even more and I still put my foot down when needed. I Love the Light and totally believe in that. The edge however for me, still does something for me. It’s about passion, purpose. Putting your foot down and having people know you’re serious. I feel that edge and sometimes it drives me or gives me energy. It’s my own version of an energetic source for my happy spunkiness.

  1. What do you feel your true life purpose to be?It’s always been about helping in one format or another. When I was 5 and younger I used to like to help take care of the babies in the daycare I was in. Growing up when over at someone else’s house I’d play with their animals if the animal wanted attention.  It’s always been about taking care of those who needed help.I used to draw a lot of people others would consider “different” or strange. The woman stranger who needed to talk to me about her severe family issues, to the old lady in a grocery store who was confused and trying to buy an elastic waist band for her pants. I never judged people for needing help. It always felt better when I could help people around me.

  1. What’s your favourite animal?I like different animals. Again, I’m in Love with what I’m in Love    with! I Love Eagles and get excited when Dolphins are making their way into contact as a Spirit Animal. I had a Ferret named Lily I totally adored once. I’d kiss her nose and she’d get this cute little look on her face. I had an awesome hamster named Fluffy as a kid. I Love a wide variety for different reasons.  I think it’s impossible to tamp down Love for animals into “one favorite”!

  1. What’s your favourite consciousness or energy ‘exercise’ that helps you stay connected, grounded and ‘tuned in’ in a good way?My favorite is Kerrie O’Connor’s exercise (it’s on her website) where you put your fingertips on certain points of your head and run an infinity loop in your mind between the two points. That exercise has always done so much for me immediately, especially when the energies are shifting and things are gearing up and taking off like a rocket every which way. It helps “seal things up” so you can be present and engaged in your own energy and playing field. It’s very lovely to play only within the confines of your own Light mind. (I highly recommend this to people who are extremely open… it healthily helps keep other people/beings and their “energies” on the other side of your energy where they belong! You will especially notice results the next day!)  This works very well, even for those who find everything else works very little!

  1. What’s your favourite music / song / musical artist?I tend to like older, more positive Pop songs, and R and B. I rarely listen to music now. Though I definitely get a groove on when in the grocery store when a good tune is playing. Luba was the latest artist who put a bounce in my step while shopping!

  1. What’s your favourite food?A lot of foods are my favorite. I simply adore food. Vegetarian sushi with sweetened mushrooms, ohitashi, gyoza, ramen, perogies, Mac ‘n Cheese, mangoes, white rice, rice with soy sauce, sticky rice, spicy sauce, tempura, vegetable samosa’s, aloo gobi, chinese fried rice, chow mein, sweet and sour sauce, those thick asian noodles with the sticky soy sauce, pad thai, bibimbap. I like food! As a kid, my Mom used to put a limit on me to only have 6 Japanese mandarin oranges a day.  I also really  like my carbs, as you may be able to tell!  J

  1. What excites your creative juices?Feeling Inspired by things around me. Clean, creative people. Authentic people. New foods, shopping at Whole Foods, other cultures. Sunshiny days, huge 6 foot windows, all white decorated living spaces. Clean things with an edge. Bright colors. Well manicured gardens and lawns. White washed homes in sunny countries.

  1. What’s the one thing you’d like to “shamelessly self promote” here today? My favorite computer guy and I redid my website in 2015. I was so happy and I love it! Bright white, bright colors! Check it out! enlightenmentinthecity.com
