”Beautiful! So far I had 3 really amazing sessions with you, 1 in person and 2 online, and I have to say the online sessions are just as powerful and effective. It’s very convenient from the comfort of my own home. Especially being a new mom. During our sessions I felt a very subtle vibrating sensation throughout the body, and other times it felt more of an anchoring sensation. A spiritual shower as we say. I can already sense a positive shift in my overall energy and perspective in my day to day life. I’m so glad I found you and I’m very eager for what’s coming next! Thank you so much!

The Power of Releasing Grief Through Energy Healing
When Grief Feels Overwhelming
Grief can feel overwhelming, like a storm that clouds every part of your life. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the end of a significant chapter, or unprocessed emotions that linger, grief can weigh heavily on your heart and mind. It brings with it an intense spectrum of emotions—denial, confusion, anger, loneliness, and depression—along with feelings that are sometimes too complex to name.
Understanding the Effect of Grief on Your Life
These feelings can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, and unsure of how to move forward. The pain can feel all-encompassing, making it difficult to find peace, meaning, or joy. Many feel isolated, believing they must face this journey alone. I understand this because I’ve walked the path of grief myself. Through my own healing process, I found not only a renewed sense of purpose but also a way to cherish love and memories from the past while embracing the present.
Releasing Pain Through Energy Work and Intuition
Grief is not the end of your story, it’s just one chapter. You don’t have to navigate this difficult time alone. I offer you a compassionate, safe space where your emotions are heard, your pain is witnessed, and your healing journey is supported. Together, we’ll explore a holistic approach to healing, integrating techniques like:
Energy Balancing
Neuro-Linguistic Training (NLP)
Guided Meditations and Visualization
Storytelling and Journaling
Coaching and Self-Reflection
As a Certified Grief Educator through Dr. David Kessler, a world-renowned expert on grief and loss, I bring knowledge, empathy, and proven techniques to help you process your emotions, release pain, and rediscover your joyful, vibrant self.
Find Peace and Joy Again with Energy Healing
I invite you to begin an inspiring journey toward healing, balance, and joy. Together, we’ll transform grief into a pathway of growth, meaning, and renewed positivity. You don’t have to face this alone—let me guide you toward peace and purpose.
What was your first moment of ‘beyond 3D normal awakening’?
One night in the early 1990s, as I was drifting off to sleep alone, I suddenly felt a powerful surge of electricity rush through my entire body, paired up with an incredibly loud buzzing and ringing inside my head, like tinnitus on steroids! I was completely paralyzed, unable to move, and as the overwhelming sensation started to fade, I kept blinking to make sure I was fully awake. To my surprise and confusion, I saw a small glowing figure at the foot of my bed—something that looked like a white parrot, white owl, or even a little ET being—watching me with large, dark eyes in my dark bedroom. It didn’t move or make a sound, and after about 30 seconds, it slowly faded away.
At the time, I had no idea what had happened, but now I believe I was either experiencing a kundalini awakening or receiving an energetic or skills download, with the little owl appearing to reassure me. Over the years, I’ve had the same energy surges, intense ringing in my ears and the paralyzed experiences many times since then, but the little white owl never returned. What once terrified me now just makes me laugh—I know these experiences are wake-up calls, transmissions of energy or knowledge, and instead of fearing them, I welcome them. I now can say “Bring it on!” and at the end of these little occurrences I just say, “thanks a lot, you woke me up!”
2. Who is your favorite teacher, book and movie?
Teacher: One of my favorite teachers is Wayne Dyer, whose PBS specials I watched repeatedly without ever getting tired of listening to his wisdom. He spoke about living with love, truth, and integrity, teaching us how to avoid the pitfalls of our own negative thinking. His style was soothing and compassionate, sharing lessons from his own hardships while translating ancient wisdom into modern understanding. He was such a gift, and I believe he continues guiding us from the spirit realms to this day.
Book: I absolutely love The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran, a timeless masterpiece published in 1923 that offers profound wisdom on life’s major milestones. I discovered it during a difficult time in my life, shortly before my late husband’s sudden passing in 2011, and Gibran’s words brought me immense comfort and peace each time I needed a morale boost. Every line is rich with messages from the heart, and simple truths like “for love is sufficient unto love” leave me in awe of the purity of his prose. This book continues to inspire and uplift me with its beauty and depth, especially when I’m feeling life’s challenges.
Movies: I can’t get enough of A Christmas Carol and love almost every version ever made. My two favorites are The Muppet Christmas Carol with Michael Caine and the TV adaptation starring Patrick Stewart as Scrooge. Both are brilliant, capturing Dickens’ powerful message of redemption through some pretty extreme spiritual intervention! Every year, I try to rewatch these films, appreciating how they remind us of the power of transformation and the true spirit of Christmas.
3. What’s the strangest experience you’ve ever had?
In 2011, while visiting Abadiânia in Brazil, to see John of God, I stayed at a small, quiet motel—only to be kept awake all night by the sounds of music, footsteps, voices, and loud knocking on my door. Each time I checked, no one was there, and the place outside my door was deserted and dark. By morning, I was pretty tired. When I asked the owner if the hotel had been full, he looked confused and told me it was nearly empty, with only one other guest staying there besides me. He laughed and said the spirits of Abadiânia had welcomed me back and wanted to party. As funny as that sounded, I was not really amused, so I decided I was going to create a peaceful stay and get some rest.
That evening, I called in my spirit healing guides, and we did an energy clearing of the entire property and the surrounding areas. I asked my healing guides to escort any stray spirits toward the Light for them to take their next steps on their journey on the other side of life. And yay! That night, and for the rest of my stay, the motel remained peaceful, and I slept like a baby each night. Curiously, the next morning, I saw the property owners looking busy with cleaning and scrubbing down the property with fresh motivation and energy. They were included in the healing on the property. As a gift from Spirit, a little stray cat found me and kept me company throughout my stay at the hotel, seemingly knowing that I missed my own cats at home. That little grey tabby made my stay even brighter with his cuddles, scratches and love bites! Here’s one lesson out of this noisy night at a hotel: Healing a property is also good for housekeeping!
4. What’s one interesting thing we do not know about you yet?
I grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I was born in Taiwan, but we left for Brazil when I was two years old. I grew up Brazilian for 14 years, while attending an American Catholic school in Rio until we moved to the US. We lived by Copacabana beach for years. My mom was what I call an “emergency Buddhist” and my dad was an atheist. I joke about my mom being an emergency Buddhist because she’ only start praying after someone died. My parents put me and my sisters all in an American Catholic school in a Catholic country that also embraced Afro-Brazilian spiritual traditions such as Macumba and Quimbanda. So, I grew up very “spiritually flexible,” in having a strong curiosity in religion, spirituality, and metaphysics from all over the world. I find these energies fascinating. My parents did not dictate that we practice any particular religion, as they just thought that a Catholic school provided good academics that taught us English too.
My intense curiosity in these subjects brought me to where I am today as an energy practitioner. In addition to being an intuitive energy healer, I’m a spirit medium too. Over the years, during my healing sessions and readings for clients, I realized that sometimes I’d see a spirit just pop into a session, and hang out in the meeting. It turns out they are family members of my clients, and they stop by with messages. My clients had unresolved grief that they did not share with me, not realizing that an energy healing helps release their grief too. Their loved ones who crossed over to what I call “the other side of life” showed up in meetings in hopes that I would notice them and enable communications with my clients.
5. What do you feel your true life’s purpose to be?
After years in hotels, restaurants, HR and teaching, this big question took me a while to figure out. Aside from the simple things such as just trying to be a decent, kind and loving person who pays taxes and stays out of trouble, a larger purpose at this stage in my life is to try to live more consciously. And that shows up in me trying to shed light and keep my vibrations high to heal people, places and things. My goal is to also inspire people to see the spiritual side of life, to see the love, and to be able to bring that into their world. It may sound really lofty, but I truly believe that life on this earth is to continuously learn—and to be better with each lesson that we learn, even if it is through trauma, loss, grief, and the best part—nice events, etc. Another goal is to take those lessons and share with others to help them manage their energies. I am an optimistic and impulsive teacher. I don’t believe a life purpose is singular, or that it only lasts one lifetime. In the span of a human lifetime, there is so little time, so I must use my efficiently to be useful and of service to others while holding the space of love and healing. I dream to hold love, to shine a light, one spirit at a time, and aspire that whatever useful and loving things I manage to share becomes uplifting and encouraging for them and for the rest of planet.
6. What’s your favorite animal?
Cats! Domestic cats, stray cats, long haired cats, short haired cats, any color cats! Big cats, wild jungle cats, mountain cats, snow cats, sweet house cats, grumpy cats, gentle cats, cuddly cats, cats that can eat you, cats that hide from you. I like dogs too. But you know, cats rule, dogs drool. And I love bunnies, horses, foxes, bears, owls, birds, cows, sheep, goats and so many more creatures. I love most furry animals. All animals have some kind of role on this planet, they’re role models of pure, love, and they are healers too, in the physical and in the spiritual world. I have a lot of love and admiration for animals, especially for the service to do for humanity. Did I mention cats?
7. What’s your favorite consciousness or energy ‘exercise’ that helps you stay connected, grounded and ‘tuned in’ in a good way?
I started on the path of energy healing after the first time I received a healing from a master energy healer and teacher. While going through deep depression and a big loss in my life, just 20 minutes of spiritual healing completely changed me overnight. I woke up the next morning a different person and saw the world in a whole new positive light. Since that day, I learned about meditation, self-healing, and healing others and energies in general. So my energy “exercise” is to apply all the mental and spiritual tools I learned intermittently throughout the day as needed. That includes grounding, bathing in light and also asking my healing guides for their direct energy healing. One quickie tool I like to use is to “blow roses.” I use a rose in my imagination, and put people, places, unwanted energies into the rose and simply melt it into the ground. It’s a method of releasing energies, and very helpful to help me focus on what I need to do and not be weighed down with energetic debris that I don’t need in my space.
8. What’s your favorite music / song / musical artist?
I think my all-time favorite rock and roll artist is Jim Morrison from The Doors. I also love Jesse Cook, a Canadian guitarist virtuoso. He is amazing, playing all genres of guitar from classical to flamenco to world music. My long road trips play The Doors and Jesse Cook on repeat. Some other favorites of mine in classical music are Beethoven #5 and #9 symphonies. Why so specific? Well, I was coerced into listening to Beethoven from a young age. My dad played them super loud on weekend mornings when my sister and I were still in bed. He’d turn on Beethoven’s #5 at top volume at 7am on a Sunday morning and rudely rattle us both awake with Beethoven #5 open tune of TA-TA-TA-DUM!!!! Nice huh? After the initial shock to my little child’s body in this rude awakening, I had no choice but to listen, and then realized over time that I really liked Beethoven and all most of his masterpieces. Beethoven was filled with passion, and his music takes you through a roller coaster ride of tempestuous emotions, from rage, to depression, to joy and love, unrequited, heartbroken love. It’s passion that just burned into my heart and soul!
9. What’s your favorite food?
This is a foodie question. So, to start, I grew up in a multi-cultural environment, so I have favorite foods from the Chinese, Brazilian, and the American culture. We always love the comfort food that our mom made when we were children growing up. So, in that department, I love easy plain rice and eggs, especially fluffy, soft scrambled eggs, or eggs sunny side. Too easy! Also, one of my all-time favorite foods is Chinese dumplings with pork and garlic chives! That reminds me fondly of a day back in Brazil when my dad made dumplings from scratch, including rolling out the dumpling wrappers super thin, with each bite of juicy pork dumpling a little treasure. That day, I was around 13 years old, I ate 40 dumplings in one sitting. Dad was proud! On the Brazilian side of foods, my other favorite easy food is a ham, cheese and scrambled egg sandwich on a crunchy, crusty French baguette. I could name at least 20 other favorite foods, as foodies can’t choose just one favorite!
10. What excites your creative juices?
I love creating projects with images and colors, which might include redecorating a room or a whole house, creating my own website with images, painting my house or cabinets, hanging pictures in a room, or even creating vision boards for what I wish to manifest in my life. It’s kindergarten creativity that is the most fun for me. And I love coloring books too, especially if they contain Minions. For that you need a whole packet of yellow highlighter pens.
11. What’s the one thing you’d like to “shamelessly self-promote” here today?
