Sovereign Leadership with Ashley on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of the Month at 4pm PST Starting October 12th, 2023.

My name is Ashley and I am the founder of Spirit Ocean Healing where I offer Holy Fire III Reiki Healing Sessions that include crystal healing, chakra balancing, guided journeys, and intuitive readings. I also offer reiki trainings from 1st degree through Karuna Holy Fire III Master level. My main offerings are healing programs including the Sovereign Priestess Activation, The Authentic & Empowered Woman, The Sacred Intuitive, and Chakra Alignment. You can experience other offerings such as Cacao Ceremonies and a variety of intentional gatherings. Welcome, and please read on to learn more about me.

Everything is deeply interconnected in this universe. Our souls are a spark that came from the the eternal flame of cosmic consciousness. Through yoga, reiki, meditation and ceremonial work we can remember/uncover the deeper understanding of ourselves and find our way back home. When we choose to surrender and live each moment as an offering to the divine then our hearts will swell with love and truth will lift from the depth our being and once again be reunited with the Absolute.

Spirit Ocean…”the ocean knows that it has waves, yet the waves must remember that it is a part of the greater ocean” (paraphrased from Paramahansa Yoganandaji). The wave is never separate from the ocean. Just as we are never separate from Cosmic Consciousness, the Absolute, Divine, God, etc. (whatever symbol you use). We must remember our divine nature…that of the Ocean. The root of Spirit Ocean Healing is to create a space where individuals can be supported on their journey back home to the limitless source of creation.

Shortly after I began my personal yoga practice, I knew I wanted to share and hold space for others to unfold in their own personal transformation. Since this first spark of passion, I have been on a beautiful and empowering journey of claiming my Divine Gifts, Power and Authentic Self which has led to transforming the lives of many through guiding them into their own epic journey of empowerment.

Before I knew who I was, I was a teenager doing the “right thing” and enrolled in college. I moved to Brooklyn, New York and went to Long Island University to receive my Doctorates in Pharmaceuticals!

Thankfully, that did not work out (spirit literally kicked me out, making all solutions impossible). I came back home to Massachusetts and enrolled in Worcester State to graduate with a Bachelors in Biology and Minor in Chemistry. Half way through college I “woke up” and knew that my path was in the healing arts, but not through science, through spirituality.

I have trained with Frog Lotus Yoga School (2015) and School Yoga Institute (2018) to receive my 500 hour yoga teacher training. I have also trained under the Usui Light Reiki System of healing and currently work with Holy Fire III Reiki as a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master (2019). My studies in both yoga and reiki unlocked my remembrance of my Gifts and how I am meant to utilize those gifts to serve in this lifetime.

My passion for energy healing expanded after my first trip to Peru in 2018 for my 300 hour yoga teacher training. This was the first time I traveled out of the country (by myself) and landed in the sacred mountains of the Andes immersed in a beautiful community of yogis for 1 powerful month of radical healing and massive transformation.

I have never been the same. I claimed my vision and dreams and started teaching yoga teacher trainings for School Yoga Institute that year and went back multiple times, each time discovering more of who I am and truly claiming my worth and power.

While in Peru I discovered a deeper connection to my ancestors, to ceremony, to communication with my Guides and my intuitive abilities. My offerings have taken a gradual shift from in-person private offerings to transforming online programs. This shift was initiated after my 1st daughter was born and I understood the value of my time and energy. I did not want to travel to peoples’ homes or drive from studio to studio.

Through deep meditation, intuitive guidance and understanding my purpose I lasered in to how I am meant to serve and who I am meant to serve and have since created many programs that guide individuals into embracing their Authentic Self, Innate Power, Divine Gifts and Sovereignty. It is an absolute honor and joy to serve through my Divine Gifts. I am so humbled by the pleasure I experience through serving from my heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 11 Things About Ashley ….

What was your first moment of ‘beyond 3d normal awakening’? My first “beyond 3d normal awakening” moment was when I first started offering reiki healing sessions and began hearing my clients’ thoughts and experiencing their energy. I had no idea what psychic abilities were at that time, so I thought there was something “wrong” and I actively tried to close off that connection. But I came to realize that this was an essential part of my healing abilities and the wisdom I was channeling with deeply important and healing. This experience initiated me into my psychic abilities, the connection I have with the Divine and my Ascended Master Guides and the understanding of my Divine Mission.
Who is your favourite teacher, book and movie? My favorite teacher is Paramahansa Yogananda, my favorite book is The Sophia Code and my favorite movie is The Time Travelers Wife
What’s the strangest experience you’ve ever had? The strangest experience I’ve ever had was with my friend when we were in our late teens/early twenties. We were walking back home at night and this cat started following us. We stopped to pet the cat and then some man came up to us and asked if we knew where to find South Lenox Street. We told him we had no idea. We went about our evening, enjoying the summer freedom and our wild nature. When the sun was rising we drove around the area trying to find the BEST place to watch the sunrise. We found this street that was so high up on a hill. We knew it was going to be absolutely magnificent. We parked and got out of the car into the quiet, sleeping neighborhood. As we walked to the highest point and the sun was rising, we saw a cat walk past the street, down below. The cat stopped to look at us and it looked JUST like the one we had seen in the beginning of the night. Then we looked at the street sign that the cat had just walked past and it read, “South Lenox” street. The exact street the man had asked us about earlier in the night! We were shocked and needless to say, felt like we were guided to that magical sunrise and were exactly where we were supposed to be.
What’s one interesting thing we do not know about you yet? I have a twin brother.
What do you feel your true life purpose to be? My purpose is to guide women to step into the Divine Mission & Sovereign Leadership through reclaiming their soul-gifts, priestess lineage, innate power and authentic self.
What’s your favourite animal? Well my favorite creature is a dragonfly
What’s your favourite consciousness or energy ‘exercise’ that helps you stay connected, grounded and ‘tuned in’ in a good way? I don’t have just one favorite…Meditation, yoga and communication with my ascended master guides.
What’s your favourite music / song / musical artist? One of my favorite albums currently is Silent Voices by Ayla Schafer
What’s your favourite food? Any fruit and my comfort food is homemade bread with butter!
What excites your creative juices? So much! Channeled guidance from my guides, creating powerful content, classes and talks for my community, intuitive readings, creating healing ceremonies, the sunshine, the change of seasons, crystal grids, creating healing mentorships for clients based on their own chakra system, decorating my home and food!
