11 Things About Gaynelle…

1. What was your first moment of ‘beyond 3d normal awakening’?

I think my earliest moment was when I awoke in the middle of the night as a little girl and there were 4 or so beings of light standing around the foot of my bed. I was scared and too young to have a clue who they might be. Then as I was growing up I asked my Mother if she saw those movies like I was seeing when she closed her eyes, and she said “we don’t talk about that.” I can’t blame her–we lived in a culture at that time when those who “saw things” were not often seen as legitimate. In high school I was having prophetic dreams. As an adult I’ve enjoyed a lot more meaningful and encouraging “moments.”

2. Who is your favourite teacher, book and movie?

My current favorite teacher is Suzanne Giesemann, whose newest book was just released – “The Awakened Way.” I really love Energy Healing With Your Angels, channeled by Melanie Beckler, as well as Archangel Michael Speaks, 33 Living Transmissions From The Archangel Of The Sun, also channeled by Melanie Beckler. They are incredibly good for us to read. I’ve had a lot of other favorite books, like Mystery of the Universes (Books 1, 2, and 3) from Beverly J. Thompson. I also loved reading The Seven Mighty Archangels when almost the entire book was still available on the “Scribd” website (it is out of print). The last time I looked at Scribd there were PDF parts of the book still on that site but not the full book. Another book that really helped me was Peace: New Method, New Light, by Olivier Manitara. I loved learning about the Divine Masters from the book, The Seven Sacred Flames, by Aurelia Louise Jones. On movies, I like the feel-good variety, especially if they are true stories.

3. What’s the strangest experience you’ve ever had?

Years ago, while I was vacuuming in my living room I looked up and there was a full color holographic image of the actor that played Juan Valdez in all the coffee commercials right there in my living room, smiling at me. That was definitely strange, but I went right back to my vacuuming. The next time I looked up, he was gone. Later that evening, on the news, they reported the death of that actor.

4. What’s one interesting thing we do not know about you yet?

I like to travel, and aspired to do as much travel as I could when I was a young adult. I have traveled all over the United States. One of the most fun trips was going with my sister, who worked with the VP of the Shuttle program at NASA, to the final nighttime space shuttle launch at Cape Canaveral, a really amazing experience (including meeting a number of astronauts and seeing the little personal jets they fly around in up close). I’ve taken a 10-day trip to Spain and the Mediterranean, a 10-day Caribbean cruise, and 2 cruises to the Bahamas. I’ve been to Mexico multiple times on both coasts, swimming with the Dolphins in Cozumel, staying and touring for a week in Mexico City and visiting surrounding areas like the silver mines, floating gardens, and the pyramids at Chichen Itza.

5. What do you feel your true life purpose to be?

I was told long ago that I am a healer. I finally believed it once my hand started tingling while sitting next to someone who was suffering greatly with Cardiac Atrial Fibrillations. I felt compelled to put my hand on his heart. He let me, so I left it there a long time, until it stopped tingling. He thanked me for taking away his pain. He could tell he was still having Atrial Fibrillations but said there was no longer any pain. The Angels told me that I came here to love. That’s essentially the same thing since love is healing, and healing is love.

6. What’s your favourite animal?

I love cats, dogs, and birds, all of whom I grew up with in my childhood home. And I have a special love for my spirit animals, predominantly bears, but also hares (rabbits).

7. What’s your favourite consciousness or energy ‘exercise’ that helps you stay connected, grounded and ‘tuned in’ in a good way?

Breathwork, and there are several ways I practice it that are really effective for me. A standard one is taking a few slow, deep breaths, feeling it all the way into the belly, and exhaling more slowly than you inhale (signals the Vagus nerve you are relaxing). After that I focus on the heart for a few slow, gentle breaths as if they are going in and out of the heart.

8. What’s your favourite music / song / musical artist?

From my soul, I love gentle classical music or what you would call New Age music, especially using crystal bowls and sound therapy. There have also been some nice positive, uplifting popular songs in recent years that I have enjoyed listening to as well.

9. What’s your favourite food?

I like lots of fruits, and I can eat raw veggies, and nuts, too, as well as loving fresh pressed green veggie juice. I still love a good grilled cheese sandwich and the like as well, although I’m working on consuming less dairy, fats, and carbs. My body seems more energetic with less carbs.

10. What excites your creative juices?

There are lots of kinds of creativity, but I enjoy the occasional slightly artistic project in my home. I’m no artist, but I do get some satisfaction and joy when I dabble with making something pretty.

11. What’s the one thing you’d like to “shamelessly self promote” here today?

My favorite healing work I do is Angelic Energy Healing, and I love that the Angels are supporting me in doing this work. I also have created an alternative healing network called the Lighthouse Healers Network, and I have a website by that same name. It’s a special project for me, as it relates to a special past life. I was told many years ago that I would create a network of alternative healing practitioners, but did not do so until I was reminded with a “nudge” in meditation a couple of years ago, and I’m so grateful to have such gifted healing practitioners, coaches, mediums, teachers, a hypnotherapist, a psychic and herbalist, and more in the network.
