One of my first memories was lining up and teaching my dolls so I always knew it was my calling to become a teacher! I have since discovered that I had been a teacher of young children in a small hilly village in ancient Egypt so I guess it was inevitable that I would become a teacher and one that didn’t necessarily agree with formality and rules. So I trained as a teacher of English and Modern Languages and very much enjoyed taking school exchanges to France and seeing the reaction of the pupils as they discovered how much in common they had with their exchange partners.

After several major operations for Crohn’s disease I reluctantly took early retirement and then discovered a whole new experience when volunteering at a hostel for the homeless where I honed my listening skills as I discovered individuals’ life experiences and accounts of deep trauma.

At the same time I embarked on a life long study of esoteric teachings with The Arcane School and new spiritual concepts brought through by Alice Bailey when channeling Master Djwhal Khul greatly influenced a new direction for me.

I then qualified as a Reiki practitioner to give healing and then undertook training to become a NLP practitioner from Dr Richard Bandler giving me confidence to deliver healing through listening and talking.

More recently I qualified as a Metatron colour healing practitioner and enjoy bringing in the energy and vibrations of colour when working with clients.

I continue delivering healing harmony through my YouTube channel and through the short videos I try to put out most days to give reassurance and stability, advice and support to strengthen hearts when times are difficult as they certainly are becoming in this stage of humanity’s development. • B.Ed English, French, Education Liverpool University

• Taught English for 2 years before starting a family

• Taught French for 10 years after break raising children

• 2005-2019 initially worked as a volunteer at St Paul’s hostel helping residents with literacy and numeracy. The final 5 years at SPH I was self employed and set up a creative group to support individuals who had many skills and creative talents. We produced films and booklets of poetry and took part in Worcester Canal Group activities, enjoying taking the canal workboat from Diglis to collect rubbish along the canal.

• During my time at SPH I developed my listening skills and understanding of how adverse childhood experiences greatly affect an individual’s future. I undertook many 1 day and 3 day courses including:

  • Motivational Interviewing

  • Mediation Skills

  • Alcohol and Drug misuse

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • A level 3 course in Personality disorders at Evesham community hospital

  • Counselling skills

  • Trained as an Outcome Stars facilitator

Since 2020 I am based at The Kiln on Copenhagen Street in Worcester where I see individuals for Talking Therapy and Reiki and Colour healing therapy, taking referrals from Social Prescribers and self referrals. The room is equipped with a treatment chair bed and a treatment table.

Appointments are usually for one hour, initially to find out if the individual feels comfortable with me and also if I feel that I can offer support.

Unfortunately therapy will not work if the person is trapped in a state ofvictimhood and feels too uncomfortable or fearful in moving forwards from a situation or a relationship which is not serving them and possibly doing them harm. It calls for courage, a huge spiritual leap forwards!
Self healing from traumatic relationships and situations will progress from a deeper understanding and reflection on what your soul intended for you to learn from this particular lifetime, this was a soul contract you agreed to before you were born. The more difficult the lifetime, the more you can
learn, discover and learn how to love yourself.
