My name is Sarrah Smith and I’m the founder of the Holy Light Intuitive Energetic Healing modality. I am also a divine channel for the collective Ezekiel, Reiki master, certified Light Worker and author!
My mission and passion is to spread Holy Light healing near and far to help men and women heal deep rooted wounds, and traumas from their ancestors, past lives, and from this lifetime that is holding them back. Allowing them the freedom to live their best life in alignment with their soul journey. I love to share the knowledge I receive from Ezekiel and my experiences with clients and students to help guide them to make that Quantum leap at whatever stage they are in on their soul journey.

I teach the Holy Intuitive Energetic Healing modality to those who feel called to become vessels of healing — for themselves, their loved ones, or as part of their greater spiritual mission.

I love personal connections; and hosting retreats and events is a magical way I get to do so while collaborating with others. holding powerful, heart-opening experiences in beautiful locations, where we gather in community to heal, awaken, and rise together.
What was your first moment of ‘beyond 3d normal awakening’?
Oh gosh there have been many. As a child I could always feel, hear, and sense spirit around me. I would feel hands on me or touching my hair but oddly it never spooked me, I actually found comfort. When I was 14, I remember telling a friend that I was going to be attending their school the following year. This school was in another town and was a public school ( I was raised catholic and went to a catholic school my whole childhood). I had no idea why I had said this, but I heard it in my head sure enough the following year I did in fact attend the same school as my friend in the next town over.
Who is your favourite teacher, book, and movie?
My favorite teacher would have to be my Reiki Master Nancy Mousseau. I had no idea what energy healing was, but the collective Ezekiel led me to her.
My favorite book hmm this is a tough one! I love to read but I’m not sure what my favorite would be. I do enjoy going back through the 4 agreements every now and then as a reminder when the human me wants to cloud over.
For movies I love a good comedy humor is such a great vibration to be in! The Proposal was a good one especially with Betty White in it! I love Practical Magic that was a great movie too. I’m a little bit of a Sandra Bullock fan!
What’s the strangest experience you’ve ever had?
One of the strangest experiences I had was when I was 16. I created a Ouija board to connect with my grandfather after he passed. I knew nothing about protection or how to use the board properly and respectfully. I welcomed in a trickster spirit that was claiming to be my grandfather.. we had to have our home blessed a few times before we were able to get rid of the energy and I was in a whole heap of trouble!
What’s one interesting thing we do not know about you yet?
I’m quirky and funny or at least I think I’m funny! I love to dance around, and I figure skated for 8 years when I was younger.
What do you feel your true-life purpose to be?
My purpose is to awaken soul remembrance and guide others through deep energetic healing, helping them reconnect with their inner light, divine truth, and sacred purpose through Holy Light and the guidance of the Collective Ezekiel.
What’s your favourite animal?
My favorite animal is a Kangaroo! I have loved them for as long as I can remember! I do have to kitties Charlie and Stormy. They are my soul animals.
What’s your favourite consciousness or energy ‘exercise’ that helps you stay connected, grounded and ‘tuned in’ in a good way?
I love to move around and shake things up, conscious breathing to ground my energy and the ocean is like home to me whenever I get the chance to travel it’s always to the ocean.
What’s your favourite music / song / musical artist?
I love music and pretty much all genres. I will always put Soca music on to put me in a happy bouncy mood though.
What’s your favourite food?
Does chocolate count as food? My guilty pleasure is a good burger or tacos…the list can really go on! Haha
What excites your creative juices?
When I get a download and everything in me begins to tingle, I get excited because I know something great is coming! Synchronicities, seeing things come to fruition, collaboration working with others. This journey wasn’t meant to be a one person show and I love helping others rise to the calling.
What’s the one thing you’d like to “shamelessly self-promote” here today?
I have a new Book out titled: It Starts With You! This is a collaboration book with 9 other amazing women sharing their stories of healing and how Holy Light has helped them to pivot and step forward on their journeys.
