ABOUT SARAH:
Welcome — I’m Sarah, a certified healer and mentor dedicated to helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and live in alignment with their truth. My work is grounded in a gentle, uplifting approach that respects your human nature and spirit.
My own self-love healing journey began in 2015 when I realized I was disconnected from my true self. What started as discomfort became an invitation to look inward. I discovered that healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about opening up to the parts of myself I had hidden or pushed away. It’s about remembering who I have always been.
This path led me to energy medicine, coaching, somatic awareness, psychological processes, spiritual connection, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and countless practices that helped me reclaim peace, clarity, and freedom. Everything I share now comes from lived experience, deep study, and a desire to help you reconnect with your truth for lasting healing.
I’m a loving wife, mother of two amazing young men, the oldest of four girls, a native Montanan, an Aquarius, and 29 yo (he, he, he, OK, I’m 47).
I treasure spending time with loved ones, watching my boys play soccer, being whipped around behind a boat, camping, four-wheeling, taking trips to tropical locations, practicing yoga, and the joy I feel when it rains while the sun is shining.
It’s truly a privilege to witness people remember who they are and the power they have to heal themselves. When your energy is balanced, emotions are honored, and your wisdom guides you — you are connected to your truth. And that changes everything.

I created Inner Wisdom because I believe every challenge carries a message—an invitation to come back to who you truly are. Your discomfort is a form of communication and guidance, asking to be heard so you can heal by returning to who you have always been.

Intuitive healing is a gentle, holistic approach that helps your body, mind, soul, and spirit restore harmony and balance. It supports your natural ability to release stress, clear emotional heaviness, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. It’s an ancient, constantly evolving holistic practice that involves connecting with the human energy field (aura) and the chakras to restore your natural flow of energy. The coaching aspect helps you integrate insights, recognize patterns, and align your actions with your truth to promote lasting change.
Coaching can also be experienced separately, for guidance, clarity, and support in personal or professional growth. You’ll be able to choose the approach that best fits your needs.
How Does It Work?
Healing: During a session, energy blocks are cleared, and your field is restored to a healthier flow. A follow-up call, if you choose, will help you process what arises, access your wisdom, and align with your truth -so you feel more grounded, centered, and calmer.
Coaching: Sessions focus on exploring patterns, clarifying your truth, and taking actionable steps toward the power of who you are. Coaching helps you build self-trust, clarity, and confidence by accessing and honoring your wisdom.
What Happens During A Session?
Healing: We’ll begin with a brief conversation about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. Then you’ll relax fully clothed while I work intuitively with your energy, using light touch or my hands just above your body.
Coaching: Sessions are a safe space to uncover what lies underneath the things that are holding you back from the life you desire. Each one is tailored to your needs, goals, and challenges.
Most clients feel more connected to themselves, peaceful, deeply relaxed, and more empowered.

Energy moves in and out of this system, forming your connection to the world around you. It has layers, each with a unique role in shaping your experiences and interactions. Both healing and coaching can help you become aware of how your energy patterns influence your choices, relationships, and life experiences.
What Are Chakras?
These essential centers enable energy to flow in and out of your energy field, linking you to the universal energy field. There are seven main energy centers in the human body, each playing an important role in developing self-awareness and energizing your system. Energy work balances these centers, while coaching supports you in applying the insights and clarity you gain from them in everyday life.
