Anya is a Multidimensional Medicine Carrier®, heart opener, international channel, speaker, author, and transformational guide. Deeply sensitive since childhood, a calling into the mystery as a spiritual explorer and healer catapulted her onto this path over 17 years ago.
Formerly a Washington, DC attorney with a science degree in psychology, Anya has a unique ability to bridge the practical and the esoteric. Reiki is a holistic and complementary treatment for physical, mental, and emotional healing, as well as self-improvement and self-discovery. Reiki replenishes, balances, and unblocks the body’s energy system. It triggers our natural healing and provides us the necessary reserves so that we may remain present and take conscious action in creating our reality. It also helps us to access our creativity, and break through barriers that hold us back. Further, Reiki raises one’s vibrational frequency and assists with spiritual growth and the development of intuitive abilities.
Reiki healings are offered via distance sessions as this energy is not limited by time or space. Each person has a unique experience of the Reiki energy. It may feel warm, cold, or as a tingling sensation. The client may see colors or sense pressure. There may be no sensation, but, rather, a deep sense of relaxation as the replenishment of the body’s energy results in a feeling of physical and emotional well-being. Whether the experience is subtle or profound, the benefits of Reiki are immediate and continue over time. Frequency of sessions depends on the needs and goals of each individual.
Benefits of Reiki are limitless, including: less stress and anxiety; relaxation; pain relief – both emotional and physical (acute and chronic); increases/triggers the body’s ability to clear and release toxins; assists in recovery from injury, surgery, or drug treatment (e.g. chemotherapy); better sleep; increases in clarity and creativity; immune system support; reduces blood pressure; relieves headaches and aids with chronic problems (e.g. sinus, asthma); assists with depression, OCD, and PTSD.
It is also very helpful for coming into balance with accelerated ascension by facilitating integration and ameliorating ascension symptoms.
UFH is the next evolution of energy healing. It works through the quantum field of energy of one’s personal DNA. Using a quantum field template, UFH recalibrates, activates, and brings the body and subtle bodies into alignment with what the soul intended when incarnating. UFH catalyzes personal healing and transformation.
UFH is a series of three sessions. These distance sessions are independent, and build one upon the other. The first two sessions are required once; the third session may be repeated as often as desired to assist all aspects of our ever-evolving lives.
The first session restores and reinforces the connection with one’s own spiritual DNA and Soul Star Chakra. Bridging this connection, one opens to incredible healing potential, greater light and consciousness, and greater clarity. It also results in the release of conscious and unconscious restrictive energy patterns that may be obstructing healthy, balanced life expression, and opens one to greater experience of peace, presence, and love.
The second session recalibrates the quantum DNA field, and catalyzes, supports, and accelerates personal healing and bio-spiritual transformation. It creates a clearer channel of communication between our higher spiritual aspects and our human expression through our DNA.
The third session provides targeted support for the unique challenges life presents, by integrating specific intentions that are unique to each client. This session also helps to support further expansion and to process any element of physical, mental, emotional, or psychological stress that emerges on the healing journey. After the first two sessions, the third session may be of assistance as often as desired.

1. What was your first moment of ‘beyond 3d normal awakening’?
My journey began as a young child with sensitivities to an invisible, unknown world. I would often “know” things I could not have known or “should” not have known. Growing up in a family where many things were unspoken, this capacity made those around me deeply uncomfortable. In general, my family did not encourage me to share, nor did they inquire further. Instead, they often told me that I was “wrong” or that things “could not be possible.” Yet, within a short period of time, these things I had seen inevitably came to pass. As a young child, this kind of dissonance was particularly confusing. In a family where love was conditional (a result of their own conditioning), I learned to live between worlds and to keep my experiences to myself. I was not entirely alone – I had my animals with whom I could inexplicably communicate when no one else could; my animal totem and spirit guide; other spirit guides; angels; and elementals. I even had a cousin that would always play “find the ghosts” with me whenever she would visit, and an adopted grandmother who accepted me with open arms just as I was. Straddling worlds, I found myself more comfortable in the multidimensional world no one else could “see,” and “too sensitive” for the everyday world that required my participation.
2. Who is your favourite teacher, book and movie?
We have so many teachers – we are all each other’s teacher and student – we also learn from nature and the animals. I have studied with many wonderful teachers Kryon and Lee Carroll, Marilyn Harper, Dr. John Ryan, Prageet Harris and Julieanne Conard, Gregg Braden, Rollin McCraty, Viviane Chauvet, Louis Hay, Colette Baron-Reid, Kyle Gray, Radleigh Valentine, and Eckhart Tolle, as well as others you may have heard of and many more you have not. Perhaps, most notably of late, I find the children coming in to be profound teachers and reminders not only of our multidimensionality, but also of our natural state of JOY. Given the current intensities and metamorphoses we are experiencing, these children provide an invaluable reminder and example for all of us. Books fall into a similar challenge, though as I look at my office, one is shimmering on the shelf – Ted Andrews, Animal Speak. This is definitely a favorite and one I would highly recommend as it assists us in opening to the many layers of communication and experience that are all around us. Movies are similar, as well, and it is easier for me to pick a series – which would be BBC’s Blue Planet – though I have been enjoying the zany adventures of Will Ferrell’s Elf this holiday season with my family.
3. What’s the strangest experience you’ve ever had?
Multidimensionality is my normal experience. So, my strangest experience is likely being an attorney in Washington, DC, and denying and/or pretending that I was not who I am.
4. What’s one interesting thing we do not know about you yet?
I am a triple Gemini – there are lots of aspects of self in here, lol. You will likely notice this in how I communicate, bounce through topics, and delight in multidimensionality. It also makes it challenging for me to ever give a single answer or pick only one favorite.
5. What do you feel your true life purpose to be?
My purpose is to assist others to find their soul paths, to live life consciously, to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually, as well as to embrace and experience the joy and wholeness that is their birthright. I love supporting others in remembering that they are multidimensional creators embodied to explore consciousness, creation, and the quantum Universe.
6.What’s your favourite animal?
I have always had a deep love for animals, preferring them to people at various points in my life. 😉 If I have to pick just one, I will say that my favorite animal is the black jaguar. I have had a black jaguar as guide, protector, and friend for the entirety of my conscious life this time around. I do not know what I would have done without his presence and love. The cetaceans also hold a very deep and strong presence in my heart.
7. What’s your favourite consciousness or energy ‘exercise’ that helps you stay connected, grounded and ‘tuned in’ in a good way?
My daily spiritual practice involves meditation, journaling, and guided writing. This practice allows me to set a vibration for my day. It also allows me to see things in a prismatic way – from many different angles. Things I might not have recognized or that I am nudged to explore further rise to the surface. It is an excellent way to shine light onto things I am feeling and experiencing. This practice produces myriad epiphanies and allows me to stay connected to self, my guidance team, The Council, and more. It is a great way to receive messages from Spirit as well.
8.What’s your favourite music / song / musical artist?
There’s so much to choose from, and music has a more powerful effect upon us than we are generally conscious of. I enjoy meditation music by David & Steve Gordon and listen to a shuffled playlist of their music almost daily. If I need a frequency pick me up, Disco never fails. The beat, simplicity, and energy of the music pulls me out of myself and shifts my perspective and vibration.
9. What’s your favourite food?
I love to cook and to bake. I find it centering and grounding. My favorite food is Italian. Not only is it delicious, but it is also endlessly creative to prepare, nourishing and deeply comforting. It is one of my passions – especially pizza.
10.What excites your creative juices?
I am endlessly inspired working with Spirit. New and fun information comes through every day, encouraging us to embrace our multidimensionality, self-discovery, and revealing new tools and support to facilitate our expansion. Most recently, I have been inspired to make Multidimensional Medicine Bracelets in concert with The Council of the Central Sun. It is always exciting to work with The Council and our crystalline friends, who have been activated in new ways with the ascension of our Great Mother Gaia and the cosmic energies bombarding the Earth. I have always loved crystals and find working with them in this new energy even more fun and rewarding, especially with the activation of our quantum DNA. Each day something new about our multidimensionality is revealed – never a dull moment!
