My own self-love healing journey began in 2015 when I realized I was disconnected from my true self. What started as discomfort became an invitation to look inward. I discovered that healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about opening up to the parts of myself I had hidden or pushed away. It’s about remembering who I have always been.

This path led me to energy medicine, coaching, somatic awareness, psychological processes, spiritual connection, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and countless practices that helped me reclaim peace, clarity, and freedom.
