We all experience numerous life challenges That is what led me onto this path of personal growth, and spiritual healing. I understand intimately the difficulties that so many of us face, because I’ve been there. For me, the healing energy of Reiki opened this doorway. As I expanded, Spirit guided me to learning a number of other healing techniques that enhance and build upon Reiki. Along with Reiki, you and I together can choose from several aspects of energy healing that resonate with your needs. Among them are: Shamanic practices, Psychic Surgery, Energetic DNA Restructuring, Spirit Crossings, Past Life Regression, Channeling, & Soul Retrieval. In 2009, my Reiki Master Teacher, Helen Kanaieson Rende, Ph.D. listened and knew that I was ready to begin my teaching. I also studied with several Reiki Masters and shamanic practitioners and gained a variety of perspectives along with the unique knowledge they each offered. My educational background on two different coasts opened me to so many life experiences that have contributed to a greater understanding of people, and the world we live in. My Bachelor of Science in Education is from Southern Connecticut State University and my Master’s Degree is from California State University, Fullerton. I lived and taught in California for over 30 years. In 2005, as a result of illness, I early retired from teaching and moved back to the East Coast to Sanbornton, NH. Her acclaimed classes, workshops and newsletters have made her a sought-after speaker and mentor for individuals, groups and companies.
She has significant experience as a liaison with community agencies and groups to help promote a better understanding of the benefits of the mind-body connection, focusing on health issues, addictions, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and mind-body disorders. Beverly is a California certified provider of CEU credit courses for therapists, social workers and nurses.

One of the greatest challenges on the path of spiritual awakening is letting go of the ego’s need for control. In this world, we are taught to believe we are the sole masters of our fate — that control brings results. Spirit has shown me again and again that true guidance comes not through control, but through surrender.
As I deepened my connection, I began to recognize the subtle presence and direction of Spirit more clearly. Trusting that guidance changed everything. It wasn’t my idea to become a teacher, to step onto the platform with trance demonstrations, or even to write a trilogy of books. Each of these unfolded because Spirit guided me to do so.
The same is true for this podcast. While I once thought I might share my own knowledge, Spirit asked me instead to step back, to make space for their voice. That is how Noah Speaks was born. Noah is the collective name given by a trio of Spirit guides who speak through me in the trance state. Their voice is not my own, but theirs — a stream of wisdom, compassion, and perspective that comes directly from the Spirit world.
It is a rare opportunity to listen, to ask, and to receive unfiltered guidance from beyond. My role is to provide the vessel, to hold the space so that Spirit’s words can be heard. I believe, as you listen, you’ll not only feel Noah’s wisdom but also the unconditional love that flows through every message.
