Health from a Different Perspective by Dr Holly on NFTS

by Dr Holly heard noon pst on Wednesdays on News for the Soul Radio

Let’s look at health from a different perspective.

Let’s start with looking at which dimension we are living in. If we deal with spirituality, people use the term 3-dimensional. And people talk of moving into the 4th or 5th dimension. But when we are working with physics and science then people refer to us as living in the 5th dimension – referring to height, depth, width, time and space. So, when talking about dimensions, we need to clarify which perspective we are coming from. That in and of itself reflects how perspective and definition can change everything.

But let’s take a closer look.

We have all heard that the Sages of old claimed that life is nothing but an illusion. The physicist Andrew Truscott, said of the study they did, “It proves that measurement is everything. At the quantum level, reality does not exist if you are not looking at it.”

So, it sounds like he is saying: if we don’t acknowledge it; look at it; or measure it; then it is not there?

Let’s try another perspective. For awhile, physicists claimed that according to string theory there are at least 10 dimensions in the universe; with the M-theory, the claim is that there are 11 dimensions; then we have bosonic string theory that suggests there are 26 dimensions. Wow – how much longer before they decide that there is an infinite number of dimensions?

Then we have the belief that there isn’t just one infinite universe but that there are multiple universes. Or that we are just a baby universe. Or for some, an infinite number of universes. Oh dear.

Of course, we also have the concept, that time is simply an illusion we work with in this 3-dimensional world we live in. That when we step outside of this 3-dimensional thinking, there is no time. Some will claim that is why when we work with hypnosis or meditation, we move into an altered state where the perception of time changes because we are moving into another dimension that works without time.

I find them all interesting theories, but how can we apply all those kinds of theories to health?

Some, like Dr Bach of the Bach flower remedies, will claim that health, dysfunction, disorder, disease all originate in the mind – but then we have the question of whether the mind is localized to the brain or non-localized – another huge question. And certainly, Bach flowers can have a huge impact on people.

Some will claim that disease, disorder and dysfunction are a reflection of emotional issues, like Dr. Ryke Hamer of German New Medicine who has phenomenal research to back him up.

There are theories that disease, disorder and dysfunction are a reflection of karma from either this life or past lives that needs to be learned, resolved or let go.

Some claim that sometimes the disease, disorder or dysfunction that we experience may also be for the opportunity of those around us to learn and grow or to let go.

Then of course, we have the Germ theory, which is what Western Conventional Medicine is based on, but it too is an illusion and has never been proven. We are constantly surrounded with germs, but they can only have an impact if we have a poor health system that they can thrive in. Create a healthy system and they cannot survive and thrive.

Creating a healthy system may involve not only the nutrients versus toxins we take in, absorb or eliminate, but the psychological well being of the person as well. And for some, our health also comes from the energetic field, not only of the individual but of those they are surrounded by as all our energetic fields interact.

So from all of the above, and of course volumes have been written about each component, but what is health versus disease, disorder and dysfunction. What really causes a system to move from health to disease?

We could look at the issue from two different perspectives:

  • If we really understood what causes a system to move from health to disease, then what can we do to prevent it.
  • Or is disease, dysfunction, disorder required for us to move from a lower level of understanding life and moving to a higher level of learning

Ill health may be a trigger or a catalyst to simply start looking at your life and the stressors within it and start eliminating the stressors or dealing with life differently OR perhaps to start looking at your diet and what you are ingesting – is it nutrient rich or rich with toxicity OR it may be the point at which you start changing your lifestyle, ie., the drinking, drugs, lack of exercise or whatever that may be working against you.

On a different level, we can look at how many people come up against huge odds against them, whether loosing their sight or their mobility or being diagnosed with cancer or MS or a huge number of other issues, and they take the issue and move into incredible lessons of awareness and higher levels of functioning.

So when we are looking at health issues we might want to start asking different questions:

  • If 88% of diagnoses are incorrect, if not outright wrong, to what extent do we create a new reality by believing what Western Conventional Medicine tells us
  • To what degree do we create ill health with our thoughts. Either by thinking or talking negatively or with stress or by not living in accordance with your beliefs or by how we interpret and respond to the world or by a vast number of other issues
  • To what degree to do we create ill health with our emotions. Again, with stress or trauma or feelings of betrayal or abandonment or anger or fear or an enormous number of other issues
  • To what degree is ill health a reflection of our diet and exercise and we simply need to eliminate the junk food, the fast food, the synthetic food, the GMO food, the microwaved food, etc
  • If disease, disorder and dysfunction can be a catalyst for ourselves and or those around us then how we can utilize disease in a positive way to help us learn, grow and come from a higher perspective in life, physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, spiritually

As always, there are an enormous number of issues that can cause ill health. But the really great part is that there are also a multitude of ways we can create great health. Just as there is no one way to walk into ill health, there is no one way to re-engage in good health. The choice is up to each of us. Here’s to your health.
