Hypnosis is a gateway to accessing information from our Subconscious, which is a source of great inner wisdom and guidance. Using varied hypnosis techniques, we can retrieve deep-seated information and memories that can offer meaningful insights and new perspectives to some of our challenges.

Why I love Hypnosis.

I have always held an avid interest in alternative healing modalities and Hypnosis.

I believe that we have the power to shape our reality by shifting our perspective.

When we recognise that life is not happening to us, but for us, and ultimately through us, everything begins to shift. Life becomes a mirror, gently reflecting where we may be limiting ourselves and where healing is calling us forward. Hypnosis is a powerful tool of enquiry, opening the door to deeper self-awareness and meaningful transformation.

In my late teens, the book Many Lives, Many Masters by Dr Brian Weiss sparked my curiosity about life beyond our human existence. My Mother’s passing years later reignited my interest in past life regression, NDEs (studies of near-death experience), and realms beyond our 3D world.

As I was expanding in my conscious awareness through deep meditation practices, alternative training, courses, books and medicine retreats, I found I could effectively tap into higher guidance. This gave me the confidence to trust my intuition at a level I had never experienced before.

On my healing journey, I learned how limiting belief patterns could be reprogrammed through a form of hypnosis called Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy. I was fascinated by the results and realised how powerful hypnosis can be as a technique for healing and growth. Through further research, I serendipitously discovered Dolores Cannon and studied the Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy Technique (QHHT) under her daughter, Julia Cannon. This led me down the path to becoming a Level Two practitioner. I also completed Julia Cannon’s Soul Speak course, ‘The Language of Your Body,’ to gain a clearer understanding of the messages the human body may convey when we are out of balance.

I also studied the David Lion rapid induction method of Hypnosis. This can be used therapeutically to release phobias, anxiety, and limiting beliefs, accelerate weight loss, and stop habits like smoking, while simultaneously implementing positive suggestions to enhance feelings of self-worth and confidence.

My own healing journey led me to explore unconventional methods of restoring balance and harmony to my physiology through alternative practices. I was using meditation, hypnosis, thought reprogramming, and changed my diet. By realigning my mind and body, I was able to restore balance and harmony within. Despite a medical diagnosis suggesting lifelong medication, I proved otherwise and years later, I remain symptom-free and thriving, without the need for pharmaceutical intervention.

QHHT gave me insight into how a person could create the presence of a physical issue or illness by suppressing emotions and trauma. It gifted me with a deeper understanding that my body is a profound healing messenger, and that if we listen to how it communicates, we have the capacity to heal ourselves faster. When we are ready to release our narratives, limiting beliefs, and untruths, we often gain immense clarity and a new perspective about why things may have unfolded the way they have. The healing then occurs, helping us to move forward with an expanded awareness and enjoy more peace and harmony in our lives.
