I’m Laverne, empowering professional women to embark on a transformative self-discovery journey, embracing their authentic selves.
From an early age, I was interested in finding natural ways to maintain a sense of inner balance, good health and wellbeing.
A competitive sprinter and hockey player, I found sport helped maintain my equilibrium, and it still does. I was even a member of a dance group – I know, don’t laugh! However, these days, it’s practising Vinyasa Yoga rather than burning up on the dance floor! I also enjoy road cycling outings with my son and hubby.
