Hello, I’m Asha Carolyn Young. Born in Thailand to American parents, I’ve lived in California all my adult life. My background as an energy healer includes decades of meditation and study of alternative and spiritual healing.  I am a certified Quantum-Touch practitioner and I also make use of several other kinds of healing modalities.   Over a span of about 30 years, I have studied and practiced various approaches to healing — healing with Light, channeling, laying-on-of-hands (as taught by the late Joseph Martinez, San Francisco), and The Wonder Method. I am currently a member of Wellness on the Coast, alternative healers in the “Mendonoma” region and Gualala, CA, where I live. The Journey

I was born into a home filled with contradictions: love interwoven with fear, joy shadowed by uncertainty. My life was filled with abuse and fear. I was eight years old when my mom made the brave decision to leave my father, intending to take my sisters and me with her. But with threats of death and violence hanging over us from my father, she was forced to leave alone. That was the day I lost not just my mother, but the sense of safety that every child deserves.

Soon after, my grandmother took my sisters and me to Ohio. The move marked the beginning of a cycle of loss and longing that would define much of my early life. I craved stability, love, and connection, but I sought them in all the wrong places. As a teenager, I buried my pain in achievements hiding the years of abuse. Although I was a high-achiever on the outside, graduating top of my class from college I was wrought with mental and emotional issues and prescribed countless medications. By my early twenties divorced with a young child I lost my first post-university job due to 911 and I had spiraled into the world of drug trafficking and all-night parties . I mistook the fleeting highs of substances and relationships for genuine fulfillment.

It all came crashing down in 2004. Two close friends overdosed at a party in my home and I had been the one to give them the doses, and for the first time, I saw the devastating path I was on with painful clarity. I knew something had to change. I left my life of chaos behind and began the slow process of rebuilding. I faced my past traumas head-on, uncovering the deep wounds of abandonment, addiction, and loss that had driven me to self-destruct.

In 2009, another low point arrived: After five years of trying to follow the rules of society, I found myself homeless. But unlike before, I saw this as a turning point rather than a rock bottom. I channeled my pain into growth, earning over twenty certifications and degrees, including advanced training in quantum healing, neuroscience, Vedic science, and energy medicine. I studied with gurus, shamans, and spiritual leaders worldwide. My quest for healing evolved into a passion for helping others find their own paths to transformation.

As I deepened my understanding of the interplay between science and spirituality, I founded my first school, teaching intuitive coaching, quantum healing, and manifestation practices. My work reached over ten thousand people and took me to over forty countries. But even as I stood on stages and built a thriving business, something inside me still felt unresolved.

Then came Egypt.

In 2021, I traveled to Egypt on a spiritual retreat that forever altered the course of my life. Standing inside the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid, I experienced a powerful energetic activation—a bolt of energy that coursed through my spine, awakening something ancient within me. Days later, during a sacred ceremony at the Karnak Temples of Luxor, my hand was placed on the third eye of the statue of Sekhmet, the lion-headed goddess of healing and war. An indigo light shot through my body, igniting a deep sense of clarity and purpose.

But transformation is rarely linear. The awakening I experienced in Egypt was followed by what I call my Year of Death in 2022. The year brought unimaginable losses: seven loved ones, including my father, passed away. I lost my home, my business, and a profound romantic partnership. Each loss peeled back another layer of my identity, forcing me to confront the core of who I was without external validation.

I stood at the threshold of my California home in July 2022, saying goodbye to the sanctuary I had manifested five years earlier. The California sunsets, which had once filled me with awe, now felt bittersweet. I had been evicted, filed for bankruptcy, and was starting over once again. But this time, something was different. I made a vow: I would give myself one year to heal, with no new businesses or relationships to distract me.

That year became my resurrection from the ashes.

I developed daily rituals that reconnected me with the simple joys of life: meditation, movement, gratitude, and meaningful conversations with loved ones. I watched every sunrise and sunset, danced without inhibition, and let myself cry and rage when I needed to. I wasn’t searching for bliss—it found me as I embraced the present moment.

As the year progressed, I realized I had entered a state I now call Bliss Consciousness. Unlike fleeting moments of happiness, this was a permanent shift. Bliss Consciousness is a state of inner steadiness, where joy, peace, and love flow naturally, even in the face of life’s challenges. It’s the culmination of years of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual activation.

Today, I stand as the founder of the Sacred Soul Alchemy Mystery School and the creator of the Quantum Miracles Docuseries, platforms that blend ancient wisdom with modern science to help others unlock their full potential. My journey of transformation has taken me from the depths of despair to the heights of Bliss Consciousness, and my mission is to guide others on their own paths of healing and self-discovery.
