About Linda Helms –Linda Helms is a gifted energy intuitive and certified practitioner of an advanced energy-healing technique called SimplyALIGN TM . For each radio program, she will pick a topic and do a mini-energy-healing session for the listening audience. As you listen to the show, you have the opportunity for healing by accepting the work as it feels right for you and your spirit. SimplyALIGN TM clears blocks in the of the body’s aura, chakras, and other energy systems, as well as ancestral aspects of an issue and threads from a client’s past that continue to limit their way forward. As the blocks are dissolved and the healing energy and positive affirmations accepted, clients experience shifts, both subtle and pronounced. Changes can be physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. The healing works on all levels. Linda first worked as a registered nurse at Johns Hopkins in the critical care unit. This gave her a great background in understanding the body from a physiological standpoint. She changed careers and combined her clinical background with computer science training to design and create computer systems for doctors and nurses. This opportunity allowed Linda to experience the business world and all its rewards and challenges. After a diagnosis of Adrenal Fatigue, Linda turned to alternative medicine solutions and had great success. Each healing modality was an opportunity for her to learn about energy, its power, and how we can heal our bodies. Two especially empowering energy healing modalities for Linda were NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Techniques) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). NAET first identifies items that our body is allergic to. Through a series of treatments, allergies are reversed so the body can accept the item without having a negative response. I was able to reverse my allergy to Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and various substances that I had been exposed to. EFT is the tapping technique that works with the energy meridians to release blocks and place positive affirmations on the energy pathways. It is very powerful and very effective. A fun modality that Linda still practices to this day is Dressing Your Truth, using the energy of color, fabrication, and clothing design, to heal. The final game changer for Linda was experiencing SimplyHealed (now called SimplyALIGN) as a client and having several significant positive changes take place in her life. Hi I’m Becca Hunnicutt. I specialize in transforming trauma by healing shadow.
I came to this work through my own experience of abuse at an early age. The PTSD and hypersensitivity that developed to create safety in me also created a connection to the unseen world. This both terrified me and offered me unconditional love. It saved my Spirit, my fire and those places in my Soul that I felt sometimes I’d lost.
It is through these gifts that my work in healing began and expanded. My education in this work comes from my studies…but honestly, 75% of it comes from Spirit: It’s how I hear, see and follow the unseen. Because of the abuse, my psyche split and when that happened, I’d go off to play in the unseen realms. My spirit soared and I was loved and cared for while my body was experiencing something else. This is where my gifts grew and were nurtured, and where I came to trust implicitly in the Spirit World and the support and guidance it gives me. Spirit taught me how to trust myself and how to trust in what I see and hear that is mystical. It taught me how to come back to my own safety, and how to notice when soul truth and human expression are not in alignment. My goal is to get that alignment back for my clients. A lifelong artist and seeker of purpose and meaning, I came across Scientific Hand Analysis in 2009. This was a turning point in my life. What I discovered about myself from my hands explained pretty much everything in my life up to that point.
I was a photographer, chef, and a painter, among other things. While I was always doing something creative, I always felt like there was something else I was supposed to be doing. I was considering teaching art or becoming an art therapist and then got very interested in the idea of creativity coaching.
About the same time I was looking into creativity coaching is when I happened to discover that, according to my fingerprints, my life purpose is “Mentor to Artists”! That is- creativity in some form, plus teaching, basically. This was totally mind blowing to me, considering everything I had done so far was leading in that direction, but I didn’t totally trust it. (My life lesson explains that.) I was so fascinated by hand analysis and how this could be possible, I had to learn it! Fortunately, using hand analysis to help people understand themselves better is a great way to express my life purpose, the teacher/ mentor part anyway.
I became certified by the International Institute of Hand Analysis and also got certified in Expressive Art Therapy and Creatively Fit Coaching.
Learning to read hands taught me so much about myself and other people. I’ve come to understand that everyone is here (in this life) to learn specific things. We each have a unique design regarding how we see the world, what motivates us and what challenges us. We have a specific love language and way of thinking, and this can all be seen in the hands when you know how to read them. Our fingerprints are the only aspect of our hands that can’t change, and they contain our life purpose, as well as our life lesson.

About Linda Helms –Linda Helms is a gifted energy intuitive and certified practitioner of an advanced energy-healing technique called SimplyALIGN TM . As you listen to the show, you have the opportunity for healing by accepting the work as it feels right for you and your spirit. SimplyALIGN TM clears blocks in the of the body’s aura, chakras, and other energy systems, as well as ancestral aspects of an issue and threads from a client’s past that continue to limit their way forward. The healing works on all levels. Linda first worked as a registered nurse at Johns Hopkins in the critical care unit. This gave her a great background in understanding the body from a physiological standpoint. She changed careers and combined her clinical background with computer science training to design and create computer systems for doctors and nurses. This opportunity allowed Linda to experience the business world and all its rewards and challenges. After a diagnosis of Adrenal Fatigue, Linda turned to alternative medicine solutions and had great success. Each healing modality was an opportunity for her to learn about energy, its power, and how we can heal our bodies. Two especially empowering energy healing modalities for Linda were NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Techniques) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). NAET first identifies items that our body is allergic to. Through a series of treatments, allergies are reversed so the body can accept the item without having a negative response. I was able to reverse my allergy to Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and various substances that I had been exposed to. EFT is the tapping technique that works with the energy meridians to release blocks and place positive affirmations on the energy pathways. It is very powerful and very effective. A fun modality that Linda still practices to this day is Dressing Your Truth, using the energy of color, fabrication, and clothing design, to heal. The final game changer for Linda was experiencing SimplyHealed (now called SimplyALIGN) as a client and having several significant positive changes take place in her life. She specializes in clients that want to be free of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Through the work, clients can experience peace, calm, and a renewed sense of wellness.
